Accumulated leave directive unconstitutional
Daniel Domelevo, Auditor General, write to the Presidency a letter
calling on President Akufo Addo to revise the directive of his accumulated leave.
According to him, the directive is inconstitutional and infringes labor law.

According to Daniel Domelevo, he argued that based on recent labour law and practice. “no worker is deemed to have accumulated any leave on account of their having failed, even refused to enjoy their right to annual leave, which the law guarantees for their benefit, not the employer.”
