In a chat with his brother Bayern Munich-based Jerome Boateng on Instagram Live, the longtime Ghana player said he was open to the possibility of appearing at the international level again because “I really feel connected to them.”

“My relationship with Ghana is still intact. I still feel close to them,” the former Tottenham, AC Milan and Barcelona player said.

KP Boateng, who earned his move to AC Milan off the back of his display for Ghana at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, also admitted Ghana helped him significantly.

“With the national team, I didn’t like the way it ended because they gave me so much.

“But you never know, maybe I can go back and play one more time again.”
